No Returns Policy
As we specialize in fresh, perishable produce, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once an order has been accepted. All sales are final, and requests for returns or refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If your order arrives spoiled, physically damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@hariyalico.com before accepting the delivery. We will assess the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. Once an order is accepted at the time of delivery, no claims for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be considered.
Subscriptions
As of June 2025, all subscription plans are prepaid and non-recurring. Once payment is received for a subscription, it is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled. Hariyali Co. Microgreens India is not obligated to issue refunds or accept cancellation requests for subscriptions.
However, if you wish to request a cancellation prior to the dispatch of your first delivery, you may email us at orders@hariyalico.com. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to retain any payments made.
Refunds
Our delivery personnel are not authorized to process refunds during delivery. In case of a genuine issue (e.g., spoiled or damaged product), please reach out to orders@hariyalico.com. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
Refunds will be considered only if supported by clear photographic evidence taken at the time of delivery, either by the delivery agent or the customer.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders delivered via third-party platforms (such as Swiggy, Zomato, etc.). Any issues with such deliveries must be resolved directly with the respective platform.
